With a total of 14 years experience in the industry, Nicky brings with her not only a successful business track record but a strong Business Development, Account Management and Strategic Outlook. With her local and international exposure to business, Nicky has a wealth of experience in fostering, growing and developing new and existing partnerships.

Through her adaptation to client needs Nicky has enabled the growth of many major clients across FMCG, Mining and Resources, Utilities, Telecommunications, Marketing and Government Sectors. Throughout Nicky’s career she has been constantly involved in looking at different recruitment methodologies and how these can be tailored and adapted to clients’ needs. Prior to Nicky’s career in Recruitment she was a successful manager, owner and Director within the Professional Service Industry.
